The Check-In Plan
$59.99/mon
This plan is for quarterly check-in services. A tech will be at your home for approximately 45 minutes. We will change your air filters, change batteries in smoke detectors and replace lightbulbs, if needed. Your tech will then do a thorough inspection of the property and you will receive a check-up report within 2 business days from your appointment.

The Handy-Dude Plan
$199.99/mon
Quarterly visits to your home will include 4 hours of labor doing any handy-dude items on your to-do list. We will check in ahead of time to assure we have all the parts and material we’ll need. This also includes a full inspection at each visit with a written report within 2 business days after your service.
